Hi, I’m Racquel

Welcome, glad you’re here and I hope we get the opportunity to meet someday soon.

Have you felt the burden of unfulfilled potential? It’s especially crushing when you know that you’re capable of achieving more and haven’t.

We are plagued, by the never ending demands of life and at the end of the day, there’s not much to show for it except another day that’s past without progress.

We reason to ourselves that tomorrow is the day that we will make something happen…. Rinse and repeat!

Vestrum Personal Development, (Vestrum means “YOUR” in Latin) is dedicated to creating engaging and educational workshops, that deliver practical tools and strategies, to help you along your journey of growth and change, so that you can achieve what you are capable of and reach your potential.

PROFILE

I work with people who despite being smart and capable, haven’t reached their potential yet,

because of unhelpful mindsets, fear, lack of confidence, self limiting beliefs and the inability to take and sustain action to get things done.

In my workshops, I share the knowledge and lessons I’ve learnt, and offer encouragement, along with the psychological tools and neuroscience strategies to make change possible.
