You will receive a digital workbook that includes relevant content, tools and activities  for each section of the programme

You will recieve a selection of individual digital pdf/png templates for you to upload to your preferred device to use when required

You will receive the full digital copy of all presentation slides for post referrence and reflection

You will receive a resource document that will provide a list of relevant sources, case studies and reading material

DELIVERY FORMAT

This programme is presented online via Zoom.

Technical requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, please ensure you have:

  • A stable internet connection.
  • A computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone
  • Zoom app installed

This programme will be delivered in a series of seperate sessions.

Brokendown as follows:

  • 6 Sessions
  • lasting 2 hours each
  • delivered weekly 
  • for 6 weeks

Dates and timeslots to be pre-arranged and confirmed with receipt of payment.

ABOUT

Hi, I’m Racquel,

I created this programme because I “was” the person it’s designed to help.

For years, I struggled with procrastination, perfectionism, self-doubt, you name it.

I had dreams but kept getting stuck in cycles of overthinking, distraction, fear, frustration and an inability to make things happen.

It wasn’t for lack of effort—I just couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t follow through.

It wasn’t until I received a late ADHD diagnosis that things really started to click.

Suddenly, so much made sense!

I felt a quiet sorrow for untapped potential and the weight of what might have been.

But new information presents new options, so what was the next best move?

 

With a background in  learning and development,  psychology,  a  profound interest in neuroscience

as well as the curiousity about  the hidden forces that drive our behaviour,

I set about trying to figure out how to take action and educate myself about how I could change my circumstances.

This programme is the result of years of research, learning, trial and error—and a lot of personal growth.

I first created it to find the tools and resouces to help myself get unstuck.

Now, I share it to help others who feel the same way I did –

capable, and full of potential… but constantly running into invisible walls.

I believe we all deserve to have the tools to get out of our own way!
